What to put in the form
Leave your name and a phone number so we can call to set up a visit. The address is optional, but adding it saves a step. Then use the message box to describe the job in your own words: removal, trimming, a stump, storm cleanup or clearing, and anything that makes the tree hard to reach.
The details that help most are the kind of tree if you know it, a rough height compared with the house, what sits underneath it, whether a truck can get into the yard, and how many trees or stumps are involved. If you are unsure what a job is called, look over what each kind of job involves, or just describe what the tree is doing and we will sort out the name.
After you send it
We read the message and call you back at the number you left to set a time to see the tree. On the visit we walk the yard, look up into the crown, check the base and the lean, and note what is underneath and where equipment can go. Most of what decides a job is visible from the ground once you know where to look.
Then you get the price. Every tree job is priced after someone has walked the yard and looked up into the tree, with the price in writing before a saw starts. The written quote says what gets cut, what happens to the wood and brush, and how the yard is left. If you want time to think it over, take it.
